NORMAN — The tension was palpable at Brent Venables’ weekly press conference on Tuesday.
Fresh off a 27-24 loss to Oklahoma State, the Sooners’ second-straight defeat, Venables was peppered with questions about the offense and overall discipline of his football team.
While he accepted the criticism and that his team will have to play much cleaner throughout the rest of the year, Venables refused to place the blame on any single facet of the team.
