NORMAN – Oklahoma men’s golf will make its 14th consecutive NCAA postseason appearance under head coach Ryan Hybl, as the Sooners were named the No. 2 seed at the Amherst Regional on Wednesday. The event is set for May 12-14 at Poplar Grove Golf Club in Amherst, Va.
This marks the seventh straight year that Oklahoma, currently ranked No. 7 nationally, has earned a top-three regional seed — the longest streak in program history. At the regional, the top five teams and the low individual on a non-advancing team will qualify for the NCAA Championships, set for May 23-28 at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.
