NORMAN — The Oklahoma football team will begin the 2024 season ranked 16th in the US LBM Coaches Poll, which was released Monday. The Sooners are entering their third year under head coach Brent Venables.
This marks the 25th consecutive year OU has been ranked in the annual preseason coaches poll. The Sooners have been ranked in the top 20 in each of those years.
