Sooners Dominate Second Half in 102-66 Season-Opening Win

NORMAN — Trailing 49-45 with 18:30 left in the second half, the Oklahoma men’s basketball team used a 32-3 run to pull away in an eventual 102-66 win over Saint Francis on Monday night at Lloyd Noble Center in the season opener for both teams.

OU led by as many as eight points (17-9 and 19-11) in the first half but took just a 45-44 advantage to halftime, before Saint Francis, which made the NCAA Tournament last year, scored the first five points of the second half for its largest lead of the game.
