Poll Report: Oklahoma Continues to Climb the Rankings Ahead of Massive Texas Tilt
The Sooners moved up in both the AP Poll and the USA Today Coaches Poll after beating Iowa State 50-20 to move to 5-0 on the year.

NORMAN — The stage is set.

Oklahoma and Texas meet at the Texas State Fair as unbeaten teams for the first time since 2011, and the two will battle as top 15 teams for the first time since 2019.

The Sooners took care of business against Iowa State, rolling the Cyclones 50-20 Saturday night at Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, to continue their momentum up the polls.

OU moved up two spots in the USA Today Coaches Poll, clocking in at No. 12 before headed to Dallas. The Sooners also moved up a pair of spots in the AP Poll to No. 12.
