Michigan transfer Alex Storako made the most of her only year at Oklahoma, winning Softball America’s Transfer of the Year Award on Friday.
The honors keep rolling in for Patty Gasso’s national champions.
Pitcher Alex Storako was named Softball America’s Transfer of the Year on Friday.
After four strong years as a Michigan Wolverine, Storako made the move to Norman for the 2023 season where she made a huge impact.
She started 18 games, posting a perfect 18-0 record, while making 29 total appearances for Oklahoma last year.
Continuing her excellent efforts from Michigan, Storako ended the year with a 1.15 ERA, striking out 108 batters while allowing just 19 walks in 103 2/3 innings pitched.
