TULSA, Okla. — Anthony Mackenzie, Bryce Madron and Sebastian Orduno each registered three hits and Braden Carmichael struck out four over 6.1 innings to lead the Oklahoma baseball team to a 12-2 victory at Oral Roberts Tuesday evening at J.L. Johnson Stadium.
Nine different batters recorded a hit and five – Mackenzie, Easton Carmichael, Rocco Garza-Gongora, Wallace Clark and Kendall Pettis – drove in two runs for the Sooners (16-14). Madron was 3 for 5 with three runs scored, Orduno was 3 for 4 with a walk and two runs and Mackenzie was 3 for 6 with two RBIs and a run scored. OU totaled 17 hits in the game.
