WEEK 12 Recap – Late Night Fantasy

WEEK 12 –

The Rams ended the Saints 8 game winning streak. Buffalo beat the Chiefs, who are losers of 5 of their last 6. And after the Giants struggle continues, Eli Manning’s start streak will come to an end as they give Geno Smith a shot.

Julio Jones finally had a Julio game. One where everyone is aware of his dominance, after a season of subpar play. He absolutely exploded. 12 catches, 253 yards and 2 touchdowns were the numbers, and 50 fantasy points made every owner ecstatic. Mohamed Sanu usually plays opposite of Julio, but on one play today he threw for a 51 yard TD, helping his fantasy owners by providing his own 20 spot.

Week 12 featured three Turkey Day Games, and the Cowboys looked the worst they have looked all season. Phillip Rivers and the Chargers put it on the Cowboys, winning easily 28-6. Rivers threw for an enormous 4343 yards and 3 touchdowns, scoring 29 points for fantasy owners.

The Lions duked it out with the Vikings, but came up short losing 30-23 behind a big day from Case Keenum, who still has a QB1 lock. His three total TD’s helped him score 27 big points for owners, and helped the Vikes, knowing Keenum has continued this success throughout their big streak. Kyle Rudolph brought in two TD catches as well.

The Eagles put the hurt on the Bears 31-3, and Wentz helped his MVP case with three more touchdown passes and another win for the 10-1 Eagles. Nelson Agholor and Alshon Jeffrey both caught touchdowns from Wentz, helping their owners as well with 18 and 16 respectively.

Oklahoma’s own Joe Mixon had the biggest game of his career, totaling 165 total yards and a touchdown. The Bengals were in a close battle with the Brown’s but a questionable call late helped them seal a division win, and a 25.5 day for Mixon.

The Patriots schooled the Dolphins 35-17 behind a solid game from Brady and the multitude of options on the Pats roster. Brady;s TD passes went to Gronk twice, Brandin Cooks and Rex Burkhead. All three scored a ton(25, 21, 19) and helped the Patriots continue their dominance over the AFC east.
