THUNDER/LAKERS SHOOTAROUND: {WATCH} Paul George and Luke Walton talk tonight’s matchup and no LeBron James

The Los Angeles Lakers are in town for the first time this season to take on the Oklahoma City Thunder for the second time. Last matchup against these two teams ended with a Thunder victory in the Staples Center at 107-100. Tonight’s game and the Thunder win on Jan. 1 have one thing in common though: No LeBron James.

James remains out for the Lakers after suffering a groin injury during the Christmas Day game against the Warriors, and the Lakers have gone 4-7 since then.

Tonight, the Lakers come in at 24-21, while the Thunder come in at 26-17 after dropping a disappointing loss at 142-126 to the Hawks in Atlanta on Tuesday night. The Lakers come in with a win over the Bulls at 107-100.

Tonight’s matchup will tipoff at 8:30 p.m.

Watch below to see what Thunder Forward Paul George and Lakers Head Coach Luke Walton had to say at this morning’s shootaround.
