POTUS wants J.R. Smith to Put on a Shirt

While congratulating the Cavs on the win, President Obama also informs Coach Lue to tell J.R. Smith to “Put a shirt on.” Although some fans support Smith and his means of celebration, the Commander in Chief is not fan of his shirtless decision. Smith has been in celebration mode for quite some time, but President Obama thinks it’s time to find a shirt.
