OU Football Releases 2018 Schedule

Oklahoma has released its 2018 football schedule, with an out of conference slate including UCLA and Army.

Here’s the full schedule:

Sept. 1 – Florida Atlantic

Sept. 8 – UCLA

Sept. 15 – at Iowa State

Sept. 22 – Army

Sept. 29 – Baylor

Oct. 6 – vs. Texas (in Dallas)

Oct. 13 – Bye

Oct. 20 – at TCU

Oct. 27 – Kansas State

Nov. 3 – at Texas Tech

Nov. 10 – Oklahoma State

Nov. 17 – Kansas

Nov. 23 (Friday) – at West Virginia

Outside of the obvious ones (Bedlam and OU/Texas), it seems as if Oklahoma has a fairly easy schedule. There is no heavyweight out-of-conference opponent to complicate things early on, and the Sooners get to play most of their tough games at home.

Still, having to travel to Ames, Lubbock, and Morgantown is never an easy trip, and the Sooners have to do all three in one season, including a Friday night game to close out the season.

As always, you can hear every snap of OU football (as well as coaches shows and press conferences) on your home for Sooner sports, 107.7 The Franchise in OKC, 107.9 in Tulsa.
