STILLWATER – There haven’t been a shortage of night games for Oklahoma State at home this season.

For the fourth time in six games, the Cowboys will kick off under the lights at Boone Pickens Stadium. When Texas comes to Stillwater on Oct. 27, the game will begin at 7 p.m. It will be televised on ABC.

It is also the Cowboys’ Homecoming matchup.

After having just four night games from 2015-17, the lights atop BPS are getting more work this season. Both of the Cowboys away games have had 11 a.m. starts, but at home, OSU hasn’t began before 11.

This is the first game for OSU on ABC this season. The No. 7 Longhorns (6-1 overall, 4-0 Big 12) are coming off a close 23-17 home victory against Baylor. Texas defeated then-No. 7 Oklahoma 48-45 in the Cotton Bowl the previous week.

The Longhorns are the only undefeated Big 12 team in conference play.

OSU (4-3, 1-3) is on bye this week, similar to its next opponent. The Cowboys must win two of their final five games to be eligible for a bowl game.
