Oklahoma Wins Weather-Shortened Series Against Arkansas-Pine Bluff

The Sooners, 7-1 overall, beat the Golden Lions, 1-7, 8-0 in Tuesday’s game at Norman.

First baseman Tyler Hardman and left fielder Blake Brewster each drove in two runs. Hardman was one of two Sooners with a three-hit game. Starter Ben Abram earned his second win with a four-inning outing with four strikeouts before OU’s bullpen threw five hitless innings.

Weather forced game two to be canceled. OU will face the Columbia Lions in a four-game weekend series, starting with a doubleheader on Friday.
