Oklahoma State at Baylor has officially be postponed to Dec. 12, 2020 due to multiple positive COVID-19 cases arising from the Baylor Football program.
The Big 12 Conference released the official announcement on Sunday, Oct. 11, after Baylor announced on Oct. 8 that all football-related activities would be on a temporary hiatus.

The Cowboys and Bears were set to face off this Saturday, Oct. 17, in McLane Stadium.
OSU, who skyrocketed to the No. 7 spot in the AP Top 25 this week, would have entered this matchup 3-0 and fresh off a bye week, but to the distaste of many Cowboys, they will be forced to wait another week before they see any kind of playing time again.
Yooooo can’t be serious

There hasn’t been an official release of the number of positive cases coming out of Baylor, but one thing we know for sure is that it was enough to temporarily shut down the football program and keep the Big 12 on its toes for what would come next.
This is the second time the Cowboys have had a game postponed this season due to COVID-19; the first being their home opener against Tulsa pushed back one week.
Oklahoma State vs. Baylor is set to be played on Dec. 12, which is the same day the Dr. Pepper Big 12 Championship was scheduled to be played.
The Big 12 Championship, however, is tentatively looking at either Dec. 12 or 19 depending on the conclusion of the regular season, and the Cowboys have definitely earned the recognition as a contending team to claim the conference championship.
