Oklahoma Loses To Oral Roberts In 11 Innings

The Sooners lost 4-2 because of two RBI singles in the 11th inning. OU, 22-8 overall, third baseman Brylie Ware hit a RBI double and first baseman Tyler Hardman drove in a run with a sacrifice fly. Starter Ben Abrams allowed a run and struck out nine in seven innings. Unfortunately, closer Jason Ruffcorn earned the loss against the Golden Eagles, 14-12, after allowing two runs in 1 2/3 innings.

OU will host the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs, 18-9, for a three-game weekend series starting on Friday at 6 p.m.
