Oklahoma Beat Dallas Baptist To Remain Perfect

OU beat the Patriots 4-2 in Norman. Both teams were 3-0 going into Wednesday.

Center fielder Milan Walla drove in a couple of runs with a single and a walk. Corner outfielder Blake Brewster hit a RBI single and designated hitter Cade Cavalli hit a sacrifice fly to drive in a run.

Freshman Ben Abram earned his first OU win after pitching five innings and allowing two runs, one earned. After a couple of relievers followed Abram, Zack Matthews struck out two to earn the save, his first of 2019.

OU will start the Tony Gwynn Classic on Friday against the San Diego Toreros in San Diego, California.
