Nerlens Noel Carted Off The Floor In Scary Injury

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — Nerlens Noel jumped to defend an Andrew Wiggins’ dunk at the 5:16 mark of the third quarter against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Noel took an elbow to the face, appearing to knock him unconscious only for him to fall and hit his head on the floor.

The medical staff immediately rushed a stretcher out to help take Noel to the locker room. He was carted off minutes later while teammates prayed over his body.

The play was reviewed and ruled a common foul on Noel. An update will come following the game tonight.
