Oklahoma Joins North Carolina And Michigan As The Only Football Schools To Be Sponsored By Jordan

Oklahoma just announced that they have made the switch from Nike uniforms to Jordan Brand uniforms:

The Nike logo has been a mainstay with Oklahoma football, but the “Jumpman” logo will now be seen on the Sooners uniform. Oklahoma extended their old contract with Nike back in 2014 until 2024 that was set to expire in the summer of 2018. This will just be another separation from the Bob Stoops’ Era to the Lincoln Riley Era of Oklahoma football. Here is the statement from the University of Oklahoma Athletics’ Department on the switch:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oklahoma’s men’s and women’s basketball teams will also be wearing “Jumpan” uniforms starting in 2018.
