Happy Fogle has a problem with the Thunder

It has come to my attention that there is a lot of negativity in the world.  The new generation calls it, ‘judging’, Old school people like myself call it being real.  We try to not mince words.  We don’t care if what we say hurts your feelings.  Heck, Cam Newton said it best, ‘They don’t make band aids for feelings’.

Alas, I have tried to become happy Fogle.  It lasted for an hour on Monday, but I  am not willing to give up.  Here are some things that I feel happy about:
We have three really good football programs in the state.  By population, I challenge anyone to dispute that.
The OKC thunder are in 3rd place.  They are …… contenders, and are only missing a few things that will put them over the top.
Signing day is near, and well you can’t base the state schools on what ESPN or any other recruiting service ranks these teams, let it all play out.
Isolation basketball is the key to winning an NBA title.
Our future of defense will not go down because Robinson and Adams are hurt….
OK, I can’t do this.  We do have good programs in the state, but why should anyone including them settle.  Everyone wants to win.  We love rings, and big things, and dang it, why not Oklahoma
3rd place? Really, who would of thought that?!  Is anyone talking about the 3rd place team in the East?  Does anyone even know who the 3rd place team over there is?
Yes signing day is near, and honestly I could care less about rankings, I care about players.  Because big time players make big time plays in big time games.
Isolation?  How about this, isolate a second tier player from having a career night. I’m not about excuses, I am about results!  If there is one thing I’ve learned about this state in the 20 plus years I’ve lived here is excuses are for other programs, not the great State of Oklahoma!!!!
I can’t even blog without going Samuel L.  This has been a happy Fogle moment.
