Cameron Payne out indefinitely with foot injury

Bad news came out of the Thunder’s blue and white scrimmage. NewsOk.com has reported that backup point guard Cameron Payne is out indefinitely with a foot injury.  The Thunder released this statement on the matter:

Payne, 22, didn’t play much during the Thunder’s 2016 playoff run, but averaged 12 minutes a game in 57 appearances during the regular season. His spot in the rotation will likely be filled by Ronnie Price, a new addition to the team, who averaged 5.3 points in 62 games for the Phoenix Suns in 2015-16. Semaj Christon, a 23-year-old point guard form Xavier, will also see more playing time in Payne’s absence.
