Big 12 Media Day List Announced

Big 12 Media Day List Announced

With Big 12 Media Days set to begin next week at the Star in Frisco, Texas, the start of college football is officially near.

Here is the list of players each team will bring to Media Days, beginning with the in-state schools:

OKLAHOMA SOONERS

Rodney Anderson, RB: Anderson finished last season strong, taking the reins as the Sooners’ leading back. He led the team in rushing with 1,161 yards and had 18 touchdowns.

Amani Bledsoe, DL: After missing a few games due to a steroid suspension, Bledsoe started eight games last season and is sure to be a staple of the Sooners’ defensive line this season.

Kenneth Murray, LB: Murray started every game at middle linebacker last season for the Sooners and finished second on the team in tackles with 78.

Ben Powers, OL: Powers made 12 starts last season and saw playing time in all 14 games.

OKLAHOMA STATE COWBOYS

Justice Hill, RB: Hill led the Big 12 in rushing last season by a wide margin with 1,467 rushing yards. He also led the league in rushing touchdowns with 15.

Darrion Daniels, DL: Started every game last season except for the final three games, which he sat out due to injury.

Jalen McCleskey, WR: Finished third on the team with 50 catches and 645 yards receiving last season.

Justin Phillips, LB: As a fifth-year senior, Phillips is one of the leaders of a defense undergoing a scheme change with new defensive coordinator Jim Knowles. He was third on the team last season with 64 tackles.
